Customer Recipe:  Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Recipe Name: Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
3-4 bright orange Sweet Potatoes
1 Onion, red or sweet
Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:
Dice the Sweet Potatoes into 1" cubes
Cut the Onion into half-inch slices, then quarter each slice.
Cover liberally with Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Dressing.
Roast at 450 until caramelized, mixing once or twice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
