Recipe Name: Shake & Bake Chicken
- 4 Fresh Chicken Breasts
- Approx 46 oz of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Box of "Shake N Bake" for chicken
- Alternative: Add Panko Bread Crumbs to make extra crispy
- Cooking Spray
Dip fresh chicken breasts in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette (make sure you get all the good bits from the dressing stuck on the chicken). Transfer them to a plate of Shake N Bake "chicken". (you can add some Panko bread crumbs to the mix if you want extra crispy). Make sure every inch of the chicken has a nice thick layer of coating on it.
Transfer them to a heavily sprayed baking tray (you don't want the coating to stick to pan, just the chicken).
Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
