Grilled Vegetables marinated in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
Almost any vegetable tastes great grilled and marinated in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. Try Asparagus, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Vidalia Onion, Portobello Mushroom, Potatoes, Eggplant etc. Any vegetable you enjoy.
- Fresh vegetables
- 6oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
Simply slice your vegetable, then marinade with Vinaigrette in a bowl or sealed bag for 15-20 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes. Drain, and sprinkle with Kosher salt and black pepper. Char-grill on a 400 degree grill for approx. 5 minutes on each side(or until tender).
- Serve thinly sliced and fanned atop a bed of greens, or over rice. Drizzle with additional dressing and garnish with ripe tomatoes.
- Portobello mushrooms can be served like a protein in place of a steak. Or, serve like a burger on a Kaiser roll.
