Panzanella Salad made with Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette


This wonderful recipe for Italian Bread Salad makes use of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette.  Try it out and let us know what you think.  (This is the Sample Chef Tim hands out at his events.)


  • 6 Roma tomatoes, medium cubed
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cut into 1/4' half moon.  (This is an important step.)
  • 1 Tbl minced green or red onion
  • 16 Medium fresh basil leaves (approx. 1/3 cup) cut into thin strips
  • 3 Cups cooked, cubed seasoned chicken breast (shown seasoned prior to grilling)
  • 3 Cups Croutons  (best with Large size, and classic flavor.)
  • 8oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serves: 4



Toss all ingredients with dressing and place on bed of 8 Cubs lettuce/greens.  Drizzle greens with additional dressing.

(Don't skip the step of deseeding your cucumber.)
