Chef Tim's Pear or Apple, Bleu Cheese & Almond Salad w/ Grilled Chicken
Try my wonderful Fruit & Nut Salad which LOVES Bleu Cheese & my Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- 1 Head of leaf lettuce
- 3 cups sliced or diced chicken breast (Shown below seasoned with Chef Tim's Savory Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup peeled & deseed cucumber
- 1 large ripe Pear or Apple cored and sliced or diced
- 1/2 cup of sliced or slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup Bleu Cheese
- 6oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
Toss and devour.
