Chef Tim's Raspberry & Black Walnut w/ Grilled Chicken Salad
Try this delicious Summer Salad taste any time of the year.
- 1 Head of Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes, medium cubed
- 1/2 cup Green Onions (optional)
- 8 oz Fresh Rasberries
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 3 Cups cooked, cubed seasoned chicken breast (shown below seasoned prior to grilling) Seasoned with Chef Tim's Savory Steak Seasoning
- 1 Cup Cucumbers, sliced, peeled & deseeded
- 1/2 Cup Black Walnut pieces
- 6oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
