- Bamboo Skewers
- 8oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Peel & de-vein shrimp and put on bamboo skewers
- Marinate in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette in a shallow pan for 5 minutes.
- Char-grill on a 400 degree grill for approx. 3 minutes on each side
- While grilling, brush remaining Vinaigrette from the pan onto shrimp with a pastry brush. BE CAREFUL OF FLAME UP !! (Remember, Olive Oil is flammable.)
