Chef Tim's Almond Craisin Salad

A simple dinner salad to compliment any meal.

(This is the salad we eat most often at my house.)  


  • Toasted, sliced almonds
  • Craisins
  • Feta Cheese
  • Diced Tomato
  • Diced Celery
  • Diced Radishes (or green onion)
  • Diced or shredded Carrots
  • Mesclun Greens (or your favorite greens)
  • Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette


 Serve it with Chicken for a complete dinner salad:
