Chef Tim's Balsamic Shrimp Skewers

Love to Grill Shrimp?  You'll love my Balsamic Shrimp Skewers.



  • Peel & de-vein shrimp and put on bamboo skewers
  • Marinate in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette in a shallow pan for 5 minutes.
  • Char-grill on a 400 degree grill for approx. 3 minutes on each side
  • While grilling, brush remaining Vinaigrette from the pan onto shrimp with a pastry brush.  BE CAREFUL OF FLAME UP !! (Remember, Olive Oil is flammable.)
