Chef Tim's Berry Pistachio Salad

 Enjoy this delicious salad any time of the year.  Salad is not just for the summer! 


  • 1 head of Green or Red Leaf Lettuce (anything but iceberg)
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese
  • 6 oz Dried Fruit (we used a blueberry, cherry, and cranberry medley, but craisins will suffice)
  • 1 cup deseeded peeled cucumber (1/2 moons)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup Roma Tomatoes, medium cubed
  • 1/2 cup of Roasted Salted Pistachios
  • Chicken, Steak or Pork Chops, deboned and seasoned with Chef Tim's Savory Steak Seasoning (also good meatless)
  • 6 oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
