  • 1/4 wedge of head of iceberg lettuce (core removed)
  • 3 oz Smoked Chicken Breast (sliced thinly against grain)
  • 2 oz Marie’s bleu cheese dressing
  • 1 oz Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 oz cooked bacon crumbles (something good and smoky)
  • 5 grape tomatoes cut in half
  • Finish with 2 oz of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
