Chef Tim's Pear Apple Salad made with Bleu Cheese & Almond and Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette


Try my wonderful Fruit & Nut Salad which LOVES Bleu Cheese & my Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. 



  • 1 Head of leaf lettuce
  • 3 cups sliced or diced chicken breast (Shown below seasoned with Chef Tim's Savory Steak Seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup peeled & deseed cucumber
  • 1 large ripe Pear or Apple cored and sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced or slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Bleu Cheese
  • 6oz Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serves: 6



Toss and devour.
