Chef Tim's Tomatoes Caprese

A beautiful fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil Italian dish drizzled with my Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette.

 Ingredients/Directions:

• Slice Ripe Tomatoes
• Slice Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
• Tear or Cut Fresh Basil leaves
• Top with Fresh Black Cracked Pepper and Salt to taste
• Top with Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serving Options:  Serve as an anitpasto
