Customer Recipe:  Fresh Beet Salad made with Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Recipe Name: Fresh Beet Salad

1/4 cup Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
3 - 4 Whole fresh beets, oven roasted or boiled till fork tender
1/4 cup Crumbled Feta or goat cheese
1/3 cup Pecans
1 Tbsp sugar
1 apple, thinly sliced

Sprinkle pecans with sugar and toast in a skillet till sugar melts, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.
Peel and slice beets into 1/4 inch slices. Toss beets gently with 1/4 Chef Tim's Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Arrange beets and apple slices on a platter. Top with crumbled Feta or goat  cheese and sprinkle with candied pecans.
