Recipe Name: Fresh Fish with Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Approx. 1 cup of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
4 Filets of Fresh caught Fish

Put Fish into a Ziploc bag, and add enough Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette to cover the fish.   Marinade for 1 hour on the counter.  Sauté in Olive Oil

Also great to freeze fish directly in the marinade.  (When you're lucky enough to catch more than you can eat.)  Simply pull the Ziploc bag of fish out of the freezer, thaw, and sauté.
