Customer Recipe - Working Wife Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 425.  

  • Slap in a piece of skinned, boned, salmon.  Salt & Pepper to taste.

  • Butter bottom of baking dish.  

  • Pour on Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes, depending on preferred doneness.  

  • Baste if feeling energetic; otherwise ignore it till the timer buzzes.

  • Switch to broil setting; broil for 2 to 3 minutes to glaze/caramelize.

  • Serve and pretend that you were in the kitchen for hours - the taste far exceeds the effort, but I won't tell !
