Chef Tim's Grilled Vegetables
Chef Tim's Grilled Vegetables marinated in Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
A twist on a traditional salad. Wonderful served with chicken breast tenders, or without.
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- 4 Cups Chopped Romaine
- 1 Cup Thinly sliced Celery
- 1 Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
- 1 Carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 Cup of Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Cup pitted Calamate Olives / Mediterranean Olives / Mixed Olives
- 1 Cup or more of Feta Cheese
- Peperoncini (Greek pepper) for Garnish
- 6 oz Seasoned Italian Croutons
- 1.5 Lb of Chicken Breast Tenderloin, seasoned with Salt, Pepper & Garlic or seasoned with Chef Tim's Savory Steak Seasoning, seared & cooked in Olive Oil
- 1 12.9 oz bottle of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
