Ingredients:
- 1/4 wedge of head of iceberg lettuce (core removed)
- 3 oz Smoked Chicken Breast (sliced thinly against grain)
- 2 oz Marie’s bleu cheese dressing
- 1 oz Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- 1 oz cooked bacon crumbles (something good and smoky)
- 5 grape tomatoes cut in half
- Finish with 2 oz of Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
