Absolutely delicious as a salad dressing. It's also an incredible marinade for all meats and vegetables. My vinaigrette is a direct complement to Bleu cheese, Feta cheese, and fresh Mozzarella. It’s great on hoagies, rice, pasta salad, and char-grilled vegetables.

Best Dressing I've ever had. Great for marinating Fish
I absolutely love your product-the best balsamic I've ever purchased, introduced to me by equally devoted friends, who also shared the value of the "6-Pack Special'. What I absolutely deplore- almost enough to preclude future orders- is the horrifically inconvenient and environmentally unfriendly packaging. Not only is the 'bubble wrapping' excessive, it is then so entombed with packaging tape that it is impossible to extricate the bottle from the wrapping without destroying the wrap to the point where it can't even be repurposed. I abhor the irresponsible use of plastics, and particularly by a company that seems so 'warm and fuzzy'. This is my second '6-Pack Special' purchase, and I actually called your company after receiving that first package, expressing these same concerns, but clearly my input fell on deaf ears. I will request once more that you find a more responsible, or at least more user friendly means of safely shipping your fabulous product. Perhaps just encase each bottle in bubble wrap without the excessive packing tape-the product will be much more easily unpacked, and the bubble wrap can be preserved for future use. For the record...I never respond to customer satisfaction surveys, but I love your product enough that I felt this critique was worth my time. I will not, however, continue to order it if you don't modify your packaging. Hoping these bottles of your delicious vinaigrette are not my last!

Awesome dressing and as a marinade just wish it was available on the shelves here in florida.
I first met Chef Tim at Plymouth’s Annual Art in the Park and was highly impressed with the taste and quality of the dressing/marinade. I’ve ordered many times since and it’s still the dressing my family requests most!
