Absolutely delicious as a salad dressing. It's also an incredible marinade for all meats and vegetables. My vinaigrette is a direct complement to Bleu cheese, Feta cheese, and fresh Mozzarella. It’s great on hoagies, rice, pasta salad, and char-grilled vegetables.

To be upfront, I am more of a creamy dressing person. BUT, when I sampled this at a Christmas festival, I just had to purchase it. In the last three years this has become my favorite dressing. It is incredibly versatile. Definitely try it!

The first time I tried Chef Tim's dressing I was hooked, it is absolutely delicious. I order it one day and they sent a free bottle of their All Purpose Seasoning and I loved it. The seasoning is wonderful!!! Both are highly recommended!
First discovered this deliciousness at a street fair in Florida. Bought one to try and loved it! I like it best just on a tossed salad but it's really good to marinade chicken as well. Now buying for myself and as a gift!
