Absolutely delicious as a salad dressing. It's also an incredible marinade for all meats and vegetables. My vinaigrette is a direct complement to Bleu cheese, Feta cheese, and fresh Mozzarella. It’s great on hoagies, rice, pasta salad, and char-grilled vegetables.

Love it. a few years ago at a craft fair in CT I purchased and have been hooked ever since. Was able to buy in a store locally at one point in time but they do not carry any more so checked in on the web site. Love, Love this dressing.

Well it started with a small bottle of Tim's Vinaigrette at the Laurel Festival Booth i, Maybe 5 years ago, and that bottle grew to a mail order 32 oz bottle and then another, and another, and another.
Now 2 bottles quarterly minimum.
The BEST! I bought my first bottle at a craft bizzare and I LOVE IT!
